What AGF Directory is
AGF Directory is an independent, informational directory of epoxy and concrete coating installers. We help homeowners find installers who serve their area and help installers reach homeowners looking for work. We are not a contractor, we do not perform installation work, and we are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and an installer.
No guarantee of installer quality
Listings on this site are based on information provided by installers, publicly available sources, and homeowner reviews where available. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we do not independently verify every license, certification, insurance policy, or claim made by a listed business, and we cannot guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by any installer found through this site.
Your responsibility to vet a contractor
Before hiring any installer, you are responsible for doing your own due diligence: verifying licensing and insurance in your state, checking references, getting a written estimate and contract, and confirming the scope of work directly with the installer. AGF Directory is a starting point for your search, not a substitute for that diligence.
We are not a party to your transaction
Any agreement, quote, contract, warranty, or payment arrangement you make with an installer is strictly between you and that installer. AGF Directory is not a party to that agreement, does not handle payments between you and an installer, and is not responsible for disputes, damages, delays, or dissatisfaction arising from work performed by any listed business.
Installer listings
Businesses that submit a listing through List Your Business represent that the information they provide is accurate and that they hold any licenses required to operate in their state. We reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that contain false information or that generate a pattern of homeowner complaints.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to submit false information, scrape or copy listing data for a competing directory, interfere with the site's normal operation, or misrepresent yourself as a homeowner or a business you are not authorized to represent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGF Directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from work performed by any installer you found through it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
