AGF Directory is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more usable for everyone. We treat them as an ongoing target for every page we build, not a one-time checklist.
What we do
Across the directory, we work to provide clear heading structure and page titles, sufficient color contrast between text and background, keyboard-accessible navigation and forms, text alternatives for meaningful images, and labels on form fields such as the quote request and partner sign-up forms.
Known limitations
No site is perfectly accessible, and we know some pages, especially interactive elements like maps and search filters, may not yet meet every guideline. We are working through these issues as we find them and as the site is reported to us.
Reporting an issue
If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, a page that does not work with a screen reader, a control you cannot reach by keyboard, text that is hard to read, or anything similar, tell us. Include the page you were on and a description of the problem, and we will look into it.
Email [email protected] to report an accessibility issue or request an alternative way to access any content on this site.
