AGF Directory ("we," "us," or "AGF Directory") operates this site to help homeowners find epoxy and concrete coating installers, and to help installers connect with local leads. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly. That includes your name, email address, phone number, service address, and project details when you submit a quote request through a listing on the site. It also includes your business name, license information, service area, and contact details when you sign up as a partner through the List Your Business page.
We also collect limited technical information automatically: pages viewed, general location derived from IP address, referring site, and device type. We use this to understand how the directory is used and to keep it running reliably.
Cookies and analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to measure traffic. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal data. It reports aggregate numbers only, such as how many people visited a page. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
How we use information
When you submit a quote request, we forward your name, contact details, and project description to the installer or installers you selected, so they can respond to you directly. When you sign up to list your business, we use your information to review, publish, and manage your listing, and to contact you about your account.
We may also use your email address to send you service-related messages, such as a confirmation that your quote request was sent or an update about your listing. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share quote request details with anyone other than the installer(s) you chose to contact, except as required by law or to protect the security of the site.
Data retention
We keep quote request and listing information for as long as needed to operate the directory and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also unsubscribe from any non-essential email by using the link in that email or by contacting us directly.
Children
This site is intended for adults researching home improvement services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
